Here is the list of photo editing and drawing software's that can be used as alternative to Microsoft paint software that comes with Windows, it has grown into a powerful yet simple image and photo editor tool. But paint has its own advantages and disadvantages. The below list of drawing and photo editing software's are not too simple as paint but provides  much option to full fill your needs. The advantage of this kind of softwares over tools like photoshop is that these tools not requires much memory (RAM) to run and disk space and is too simple to work with images.

Occasionally when starting a media file on VLC media player, a dialog box saying rebuilding font cache accompanied by "Please wait while your font cache is rebuilt  This should take less than a few minutes"  would occur. This will happen every time when you first play VLC Player with any file/stream after its installation.VLC rebuilds fonts cache to show subtitles for files which are shown at bottom of screen while playing.

The problem is that turbo C is very old DOS program. It's better to move on to an up to date compiler like visual c++ Express which is free and you certainly would have a better experience.
